01. The order
When will I receive the item I ordered?
An estimated day of shipment is indicated when placing the order. The same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation after the order has been placed. Therefore, it is never possible for the shipping day to be different during the order process than it is on the order confirmation.
I see now that my order will take longer to arrive. How do I cancel it?

You can get in contact with our customer care about this. Order cancellation is not possible once it has been dispatched.
When will the receipt for my order arrive?
You won’t automatically get a receipt for your order once you’ve paid for it. You have two options if you want to get a receipt. The first method involves using your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.’
How should I report any complaints about the order?
A complaint cell is active on our website. You can take the phone number and email-id from there and through that you can register an issue. From our end we will find remedies to solve the issue.
02. Shipment
Can I cancel the order after the item is shipped?
Yes, of course, it is possible. But the order must be cancelled before the order is delivered; otherwise, it is not possible to cancel the order.
If the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, how long will it take for the cash to be credited in the bank account?
If the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, it will take 3 to 7 days to credit the cash to your account.
Can I change the address after the item is shipped?
No, you can’t change the address after the item is shipped.
After the order is delivered, when will the return window open?
Once the order is received, the return window will open instantly or within 2 days if there is none.
If the item is returned, how many days will the product be returned?
If the item is returned, generally it will take 2 to 5 days for the product to be returned.
